The glimpse of Cosplays at Sakura-Con 2012
With the passing of Sakura-Con 2012. I am happy I made the decision to attend Sakura-Con. During the 4 days at the Seattle Convention Centre, there were a few interesting moments that took place, meeting Maridah cosplay, Gen Urobuchi, Katsushi Ota, and Atsuhiro Iwakami.
In this post, lets get to the cosplay photos taken at Sakura-Con 2012
Camera used: Olympus Stylus Tough-8000.
On day 0, I meet Gentleraininblue and was extremely impressed with her cosplay of Haruma High Drop Luka.
Imari Yumiki as Elis from Asobi Ni Ikuyo.
Dark Wings as Rider, The King of Conquerors Ishkandar the Great.
Catherine and Vincent with Katherine not giving a ….. ha ha ha.
After a night of walking around and checking out the Super Happy Funtime Games panel. I called it a night and headed back to my room.
I ran into Jerry Polence and managed to get a few photos of her Chii.
Wei He as Lily from Tekken 6
After the world premier screening of Fate/Zero episodes 14 & 15. I decided to head to the Aniplex booth and check out what was going on.
Now this is an impressive Shogun 2 Samurai cosplay. Mind if I have a Kirin while I am snapping a few shots?
Looks like no was his answer….
Alice Chien, a “Vancouverite”, cosplaying as Setsuna F. Seiei from the Gundam 00 universe.
Vegata! What does the scouter say about Sakura-Con’s attendee count?!
While walking around and relaxing before the swimsuit contest. I couldn’t help but take a quick snap of this Universal Bunny Sheryl.
In a way, this photo sums up what happened at the Aniplex booth on Day 3 of Sakura-Con.
When I saw Carneaglaiel cosplaying as Ignis from Jingai Makyo. I had to stop and take photos of her.
To finish this off, let’s do it with, the respect knuckles.
As expected, the cosplay level at Sakura-Con was amazing. There is one regret I have, someone cosplayed as Extra Saber and I didn’t see her. I would love to see Aka-Saber’s sword upclose and be allowed to hold it.
